“I’m an older guy who was disabled for most of my life from a motocross racing injury. In 2011 I had my ankle fused which enabled me to walk without pain, and eventually run. My running journey started about five years ago when my wife started hanging out with these “running people.” She nudged me to come…and as I started hanging out with these folks, I found that the running community is welcoming to all. My life has been enriched through friendships we’ve made through running. I also cycle, which is, of course, easier on the body, but really, I enjoy the freedom, of just being able to throw on shoes…and run…which is slow, but that’s OK. My personal experiences ...

I am a simple yet complex guy that loves running in all forms. No matter the environment, weather, trail, or road, most likely I am on the lookout for a good place to run. By day I am the unique combo of Engineer and Pastor and father of 4, and all the space in between you will find me running, training for obstacle course races, biking, or swimming. It is in the midst of getting involved with all of these activities my family often joins me, as my wife and I are always looking for the next Ultramarathon to run together, and my boys love Obstacle Course Racing and getting dirty with me, and my daughters have also completed a ...

I live next to and run on the trails in Santa Clarita. I love brunch, improv classes, tacos, craft beer and tacos. (Yeah, I said tacos twice!). I started running in 2011 and have now run over 40 races including the LA Marathon 3 times where I was a spotlight runner in 2013. My goal is to be an old lady runner and my favorite place is a finish line, either running through it or cheering at it.

Happy to be a part of the team again. I started running marathons 15 years ago when I was in 8 th grade with a program called Students Run Los Angeles. I fell in love with running and have completed 22 marathons, 2 ultras and over 100 races ranging from 5ks to 50ks. My love for running turned into a passion for food (product development to exact) and is why I pursued a degree in Food Science in the hopes to develop products for athletes.  Other than that, you can catch me wearing my colorful hats while running or biking on the awesome trails by my house in Castaic and around the SCV.  Favorite Superhero: She has superhuman speed, strength, stamina, ...

I am very excited for my first year as an SC Marathon Race Ambassador. One morning in January 2012 I woke up and decided I wanted to try and go for a run. When I started I said I would just run 5Ks, then it was just 10Ks, and finally it was just half marathons. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would run a full 26.2! But this past March, I ran LA Marathon with some truly amazing people, my very first marathon! They say “Never say never” and with Team Runners Lane we never say “One and done”. So March 2020 brings me my second full marathon and I can’t wait to complete it with my ...

After taking a year off from running I’m honored and excited to be returning as an ambassador.  I like to say that my love of Disney turned me in to a long-distance runner!  The Disneyland Half in 2010 was my first half (and first race of any kind!) and I only signed up to be able to run back-stage and for the much sought-after Disney medal, but after crossing that finish line I was hooked!  I recently ran my 35th half marathon and I even conquered the L.A. Marathon a few years ago.  I have a goal to run “40 by 40” and with at least 3 more half’s this year it looks like I just might beat that goal a ...

    Nathan Imhoff
Nathan is passionate about three things; his family, his work and his running goals. Growing up in Escondido, CA, Nathan found himself exploring distance running at Orange Glen High School, and literally found his happy place. After completing coursework in Graphic Design at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, Nathan found himself settling into the community and growing roots. As the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Stark Social Media Agency based in Santa Clarita, a suburb of Los Angeles, he finds that his running helps to inspire his work with local businesses, nonprofits and start-ups in his community. In early 2018, he found himself yearning for a challenge outside his comfort zone and began training in 2018 for the ...

As a mom to 4 children, I find it important to model heathy habits to my kids. I wanted to show them that even as an adult, you can still set a goal and work hard to achieve it. My ultimate running goal was to run the Santa Clarita Marathon as my first marathon and I successfully did that in 2014! Since then, my son ran his first half and my daughter participates in the 5k. I am glad to see my love of running has become a family affair.  Favorite Superhero: Wonder Woman, because she has a fantastic sense of style!

I’m happy to return as a Legacy Race Ambassador for the 4rd straight year. I’ve been running since Sept 2010. My first race was just a few weeks later at the 2010 Santa Clarita Half Marathon. I’ve since completed 20 Marathons, 19 Half Marathons, 8 – 10k’s and 6 – 5k’s. Although I’m done with the full Marathon, I was excited to take on last years inaugural Trilogy challenge – 5k, 10k & Half Marathon and I’m ready to do it again! This year the 5k is before the 10k so hopefully more of you will participate in both! You can follow me on Instagram at dlebman or Dennis Lebman on Facebook. Favorite Superhero: Superman, because then I could fly!

I’ve been running for as long as I can remember. I run both roads and trails (and the occasional treadmill). I will run any distance from a mile to a marathon, but my favorite distance is the half marathon. I love trucker hats, matchy outfits, tacos, and mimosas. You can find me running races across Southern California and beyond. You can follow my adventures on Instagram @revolutionarrie Favorite Superhero: Daredevil, because he doesn’t possess any superhuman powers, he is just a really badass martial artist, who also happens to be blind, super smart, and fights for justice.
