STREET CLOSURES

The following streets will be closed or impacted for the Marathon Sunday November 2, 2008


The Magic Mountain northbound I-5 off ramp will be closed from
7:00 - 7:30 am on November 2, 2008

Runners should use Magic Mountain exit and be at the start line well before 7:00 AM for the start of the race.  The start line is cleaned up and chip pads are removed at 7:02 AM. The Marathon Half and 5K start promptly at 7:00 AM!

McBean from Magic Mountain to Valencia Blvd.

Closed from 5:00 AM till 7:15 AM

West bound Valencia Blvd will be detoured to Citrus Ave to Magic Mountain.

Detoured from 6:00 AM till 7:15 AM

Magic Mountain at Tourney

Closed from 7:00 AM till 7:45 AM

Industrial Center: Avenue Scott, Avenue Stanford, Avenue Rockefeller, Anza Drive and Avenue Hopkins

Delays from 7:00 AM till 8:30 AM

Newhall Ranch Road at Ave. Tibbitts and McBean

Closed from 7:00 AM till 9:30 AM

Copper Hill Drive at McBean: One Eastbound lane

Closed from 7:00 AM till 9:30 AM

Estaban Dr.

Runners crossing from 7:00 AM till 11:30 AM

Westfield Valencia Town Center

Cinema Parking Structure and Auto Center Drive Entrance Closed from 7:00 AM till 2:00 PM
