The Final Mile Challenge presented by Kaiser Permanente is geared to encourage students to set a goal, make it happen, and finish what they started.  In other words, follow through.  To participate in the Final Mile Challenge, on Sunday, November 6, you must register with the password: FMC

Program:

The program encourages exercise and eating healthy while training to run the final mile of the Santa Clarita Marathon.  To participate the student must complete all 25 training miles before race day and then will be invited to run the final mile of the Santa Clarita Marathon.  Schools MUST be invited to participate.  Schools that would like to participate, will be chosen at the 2016 Arts and Education Meeting.

School presentation regarding program, running and healthy choices. Students document 25 miles of training runs, sports activities, etc. Students run the Final Mile of the Santa Clarita Marathon with their school.
